Note: All questions about the purchase, sale, or rental of a home, the approval of an architectural modification, and the processing of most violations are HOA matters. Contact information for each HOA can be found on the HOAs page. The Coral Bay CDD is entirely independent of the eight HOAs.

Envera Systems, the Gate Company
You can purchase gate system transponders in the Coral Bay CDD Office at the Coral Bay Clubhouse (3101 South Bay Drive), Monday 8 – 10 AM, Wednesday 8 – 11 AM, or Friday 2 – 5 PM. You must bring a completed Owner/Tenant Gate Registration Form. Additional information about how to contact Envera and how to obtain transponders is on the Gate Info page.
Republic Services, the Trash Collection Company
Republic Services is the company picking up garbage, recycling, and bulk yard waste from single-family homes in Coral Bay, and throughout Margate. The City has stated that Margate residents should continue to use the green cart for trash (collected twice a week) and the blue card for recycling (collected once a week). If you have questions about service days, missed pick up, or damaged container, contact Republic Services at (954) 583-1830. You can also see the map on the City of Margate’s web site to confirm your bulk trash days.
Emergency Towing Inc, the towing company
The telephone number for the towing company is (954) 489-7660. This is the same number that is posted at the CDD entrances.
South Florida Water Management District, control of Lake Water Level
The Coral Bay Community Development District does not control the level of the water in Coral Bay’s lake. The water level in the lake is controlled by Broward County.
